3. Opt-Out Instructions

After you send the message STOP, you will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Fort Dental unless you opt back in.

4. Re-Enrolling (Opting Back In)

If you have previously opted out and wish to rejoin the SMS program, you may opt in again using the same method you originally used to enroll.

7. Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Fort Dental’s website, services, or to participate in our SMS or email communication programs. By using our services or opting in to receive communications, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
